作用:
有效抑制HMG-CoA reductase，進而抑制膽固醇的合成
適應症:
高膽固醇血症、高三酸甘油脂血症
用法用量:
The Usual Dosage Range Is 10-80 mg Once Daily.
副作用:
頭痛、胃腸脹氣、肌痛
禁忌:
Active liver disease or persistent elevations of serum transaminases > 3 times the upper limit of normal. Pregnancy & lactation
