藥品名:	安滅菌錠375公絲(Augmentin tab 250/125mg)
作用:	Augmentin中的clavulanate在此防禦機制中的作用就是阻斷β內醯胺酵素(β-lactamase enzymes)，因此使得病原菌對amoxycillin在體內易達到之濃度下所能發揮的快速殺菌作用產生感受性。Clavulanate本身僅具極少量的抗菌活性；但在與amoxycillin合併成Augmentin之後，即成為一個

副作用:	有嚴重肝機能障礙者，需謹慎使用本藥
禁忌:	Hypersensitivity to penicillins, possible cross sensitivity with other β-lactam antibiotics. History of penicillin-associated cholestatic jaundice/hepatic dysfunction
