藥品名:
降保適錠(CATAPRES 75MCG)
作用:
能夠作用在腦幹上的心臟血管統合中樞(cardovascular integrating centers)，而活化突觸前腎上腺素激性α-2接受體，結果減少交感神經性血管收縮和心臟加速的衝動，脈搏速率和心輸心量稍微會降低。本品也會減少血漿中腎素(renin)的活性。
適應症:
高血壓
用法用量:
Initially 0.075-0.15 mg bid, up to a total daily dose of 0.45 mg at interval of 2-14 days. In severe cases, 0.3 mg tid. In resistant cases, 1.2-1.8 mg daily.
副作用:
頭痛、眩暈、倦怠、神經不安、胃不舒服、嘔吐、便秘、發疹、口乾
禁忌:
Sick-sinus syndrome. 2nd or 3rd degree AV block

其他補充:
Diseases affecting rhythmic & AV conduction system of the heart; renal failure, disorders of cerebral or peripheral perfusion, depression, polyneuropathy, constipation. May impair ability to drive or operate machinery. Avoid abrupt withdrawal
