作用:
提昇CNS中GABA(一種抑制性神經傳遞物質)的濃度及其功能，而降低中樞神經的異常放電
適應症:
癲癇之大發作、小發作、混合型及顳葉癲癇。躁症或急性躁期之躁鬱症之治療。偏頭痛之預防
用法用量:
Initially, 10-15 mg/Kg/Day; Increased By 5-10 Mg/Kg/Day Q7D In Divided Doses
副作用:
鎮靜，惡心，嘔吐，消化不良
禁忌:
Disturbances of the hepatic or pancreatic functions
