作用:
Isosorbide-5-mononitrate主要之藥理作用，為其活性代謝物Isosorbide dinitrate使血管之平滑肌鬆弛，產生動脈及靜脈之血管舒張，而以後者之效果較為顯著。
適應症:
預防狹心症發作
用法用量:
1 Tab Daily
副作用:
由臥姿或坐姿起立時會頭暈、心跳變快
禁忌:
Marked hypotension, acute circulatory failure, MI with low filling pressure
交互作用:
醫療提示:
血管擴張劑（VASODILATING AGENTS）
其他補充:
MI, acute heart failure. Children, pregnancy & lactation. Not suitable for treating attacks of angina pectoris
