藥品名:
克血糖錠(DIBOSE 100MG )
作用:
為α-glucosidase inhibitor，可與小腸絨毛上的α-glucosidase作可逆性的競爭抑制，以減緩醣類在小腸內的分解，因此，可延遲醣類的吸收，以避免飯後高血糖值的現象，而達到較平穩的飯後血糖控制。
適應症:
非胰島素依賴型糖尿病之治療
用法用量:
Initially, 25 mg Tid At The Beginning Of Each Main Meal. The Dose May Be Increased To 50 Mg Tid After 4-8 Wk.
副作用:
初期可能會有胃腸脹氣、腹鳴.偶而腹瀉.腹痛
禁忌:
Patients less than18 years; inflammatory bowel disease, colonic ulceration, partial intestinal obstruction or in patients predisposed to intestinal obstruction; chronic intestinal disorders associated with marked disorders of digestion or absorption

其他補充:
May enhance hypoglycemic effects of insulin or sulfonylureas. Monitor liver function.
