Produced modest symptomatic and urodynamic improvement in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. 前列腺肥大症(增生)所伴隨的排尿障礙。 |
| 用法用量: |
PO 0.2 mg once daily.Dosing adjustments may be required in patients with severe lIVer dysfunction. |

Postural hypotension, dizziness and vertigo, malaise, headache, rhinitis, pharyngitis, cough, sinusitis, diarrhoea, nausea, infection, asthenia, back pain, tooth disorder, chest pain, somnolence, insomnia, decreased libido, abnormal ejaculation, priapism |
