適應症:
思覺失調症、雙極性疾患之躁症發作
用法用量:
Usual effective dose range: 400-800 mg/day. Elderly & patients w/ renal or hepatic impairment Initial dose: 25 mg/day, increase in steps of 25-50 mg to an effective dose
副作用:
嗜睡、頭暈、口乾、輕微無力、便秘、心搏過速、消化不良、*步態不穩、*肢體乏力
禁忌:
交互作用:
CV disease, cerebrovascular disease, or other conditions predisposing to hypotension. Renal & hepatic impairment. Seizures. Neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Pregnancy & lactation. May affect ability to drive or operate machinery
