固糖平持續性藥效錠
作用:
為雙胍類(Biguanide)口服抗糖尿病製劑，可改善NIDDM(非胰島素依賴型)類型病患的葡萄糖耐受性，降低基礎代謝及餐後的血糖值。它的作用模式被認為是多重階段式的，包括：延遲葡萄糖被腸胃道的吸收，藉由增加胰島素的感受度，來增加周邊葡萄糖的利用率，以及抑制肝腎的糖質新生
適應症:
第二類糖尿病
用法用量:
Dosage Is Determined On An Individual Basis According To The Results Of Laboratory Blood Glucose Measurements. In General, The Average Dosage Is 1-3 Tab/Day.
副作用:
常見:下痢，食慾不振，噁心，嘔吐，腹痛，苦味或金屬味，脹氣，發疹。偶有-頭痛，頭昏，不安，疲憊，乳酸中毒、食慾不振，脹氣，發疹
禁忌:
Renal/hepatic diseases, renal impairment, CHF, acute/chronic metabolic toxicity including ketoacidosis. Discontinue before administration of parenteral iodinated contrast media for radiological diagnosis & before surgery.

其他補充:
Lactic acidosis is rare & may occur in significant renal failure. Regular renal monitoring is needed. Elderly. Co-administration with drugs that affect renal function or metformin excretion. Discontinue treatment in CV shock, acute CHF, acute MI.
