宜眠安錠(管4)
作用:
為imidazopyridine類的安眠藥，作用在GABA-A的接受器，它的抗焦慮、抗痙攣及肌肉鬆弛的效果都較弱。
適應症:
失眠
用法用量:
Adult 1 tab at bedtime. Elderly Initially 1/2 tab at bedtime & if necessary increase to 1 tab. In hepatic or non-decompensated respiratory insufficiency 1/2 tab at bedtime. With or Without Food.
副作用:
口中有苦味、記憶障礙.嗜睡.眩暈
禁忌:
Myasthenia gravis; respiratory failure; acute cerebrovascular accident; severe sleep apnea

其他抗焦慮，鎮靜及安眠劑（MISCELLANEOUS ANXIOLYTICS，SEDATIVES ANDHYPNOTICS）
其他補充:
Hepatic or renal insufficiency (reduce dose); risk of dependence; history of alcohol &/or drug abuse, psychiatric illness; avoid prolonged therapy & abrupt withdrawal; elderly; pregnancy & lactation; children
